Guyana is located on the north-eastern coast of South America, bordered by Brazil on the south, Venezuela on the west and Suriname on the east. As well as huge areas of tropical rainforests, Guyana is home to wetlands, savannahs, evergreen forests and cloud forests. The country is home to many species that can be found nowhere else, including the Guianan cock-of-the-rock
and Guiana spider monkey.
